Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, it’s easy to do so by visiting our website, following the link in your appointment reminder email, calling us at 727-800-2409, or sending us an email at sipanddryblowbar@gmail.com. You may cancel up to 12 hours (but not less than 2 hours) before the start of your appointment. By entering your credit card information, you agree to accept a $25 cancellation fee if you cancel within 12 hours (but not less than 2 hours) of the start of your appointment.
For group appointments, your card will be charged for any in the party who cancel within 12 hours, or with 2 hours accordingly.
Cancelling your appointment/s within 2 hours of your scheduled time will be considered a “no-show” and you will be charged the full price of your appointment/s.
Summary: +12hrs = Free, 12hrs – 2hrs = $25, 2hrs or less = Full Price
No-Shows:
If you no show/or no call your appointment, you will be charged the full price of your appointment. For group appointments, your card will be charged for any or members of the party who “no-show”.
Cancelling your appointment/s within 2 hours of your scheduled time will be considered a “no-show” and you will be charged the full price of your appointment/s.

Late Arrivals:
Late arrivals after 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment will be considered a “no show” and charged the full cost of the service.
Service Changes:
If you are booked for an hour blowout and change to a lesser service after holding an hour spot, you will still be charged for the full blowout price unless changed before the 12-hour time frame prior to your appointment. This applies to all other services being downgraded as well.
*Card information is encrypted and stored to your customer profile to be used in accordance with our no-show/cancellation policy.
